Your regimen
Built around barrier first, actives later.
Eight steps in total across the day, and only one of them is a treatment. That is deliberate.

Step 1 · Cleanser
Quiet Morning Gentle Cleanser
Cleanses without stripping comfort from sensitive skin
- When
- Morning and evening, as the first step
- How much
- One pump, on damp skin
- Why you
- Your responses mention tightness after washing. This fragrance-free, non-foaming formula keeps the skin barrier comfortable.

Step 2 · Barrier serum
Second Skin Barrier Serum
Fragrance-free barrier support for dehydrated, reactive skin
- When
- Morning, after cleansing
- How much
- 3–4 drops, face and neck
- Why you
- Your scan placed dehydration highest, with sensitivity in the moderate range. Barrier support comes before any active treatment in our recommendation rules.

- When
- Morning, after your serum
- How much
- A pea-sized amount
- Why you
- Mumbai humidity and your preference for a light finish pointed to a gel-cream rather than a rich cream.

Step 4 · Sun protection
Everyday Broad-Spectrum SPF 50
No-white-cast daily protection for deeper skin tones
- When
- Every morning, as the last step
- How much
- Two finger-lengths
- Why you
- You noted 2–4 hours of daily sun exposure. Consistent daily protection is the single most useful habit for uneven tone.
Why this regimen?
From your scan: dehydration came through as the strongest signal, with uneven tone next and mild sensitivity in a few areas.
From your answers: you react occasionally to new products, prefer fragrance-free and lightweight textures, sleep five to six hours, and spend two to four hours outdoors.
From our rules: when dehydration is high and sensitivity is moderate, barrier support comes before any active treatment. Your tone step is therefore gentle and starts at three nights a week. Daily SPF is included because of your sun exposure, and your day moisturiser is a gel-cream because of Mumbai's humidity.
Cosmetic guidance, not a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. You can change or remove any step — this is a recommendation, not a prescription.
